We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Junior Manual QA Engineer to join our team. Your responsibilities will include performing various testing activities, documenting test results, and identifying and reporting software defects.

-Comprehensive understanding of the testing process and the pivotal role of a QA engineer within the software development team
-Creating test cases
-Creating test data sets
-Executing the steps of the test case and recording the results to assemble the test results into documents for product release
-Natural curiosity and the ability to creatively problem solve during the testing process
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and designers, to understand project requirements and define test cases.
-Design and execute test plans, test cases to thoroughly test software applications, websites, and digital platforms.
-Monitor and track bug and effectively communicate issues to the development team.
-Validate and verify fixes and enhancements implemented by the development team.
-Participate in usability testing and provide feedback on user interfaces, workflows, and overall user experience.
-Collaborate with the development team to reproduce issues reported by end-users or identified during testing.
-Stay up to date with industrys best practices and emerging trends in software testing and quality assurance.
-Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and methodologies within the team.

-Experience in software quality assurance and testing.
-Ability to work with Jira.
-Knowledge of Automation Quality Assurance processes, principles, and methodologies.
-Strong knowledge of manual testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
-Experience in designing and executing test plans, test cases.
-Proficiency in using bug tracking systems and test management tools.
-Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to think analytically.
-Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide clear and concise feedback.
-Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
